1.PDA’s can be used in many ways in the public relations field. Public relations practitioners are very busy so the calendar tool will be useful. Also using the internet as an environmental scanning tool and e-mail can be used to correspond with clients

2.I think reference software would be useful in my field because there is a lot of background research involved.

3.Panoramas can be used on the website of clients to get customers acquainted with the company and what it has to offer.

Reflection: learning about digital technology was very informative because I use a digital camera regularly for recreational purposes. I never really thought about there convenince and ease until now.
